It helps individuals develop healthier sleep patterns and improve their overall sleep quality. CBT is a structured and data-driven form of psychotherapy. The 6-week group therapy program for Insomnia teaches core CBT skills and sleep habits proven to be effective in overcoming insomnia. The group therapy for Insomnia program includes: A comprehensive sleep assessment including an evaluation of sleep-related assessment measures and an individual consultation with recommendations. 6-weekly 90-minute virtual group meetings.
