It's very rewarding, as a therapist, to see people consistently make progress. I received counseling when I was very young, and I believe that helped change the course of my life, allowing me to become the person I wanted to be. Now, as an OCD specialist, I've been told that I have a warm personality and can put people at ease. Having experienced OCD myself, I know the pain of it and the relief of a diagnosis. This personal journey motivated me to specialize in OCD and to help others find relief. At NOCD, my team and I specialize in providing evidence-based treatment for people with OCD.
Our deep understanding of the nuances and intricacies of OCD enables us to properly diagnose and treat it. We have received intensive training in Exposure Response and Prevention Therapy (ERP)—the gold standard treatment for OCD. When you start with NOCD, you’ll either work with me or be paired with one of my colleagues based on your preferences.
We’ll get to know you and create a treatment plan to help you achieve your goals. Plus, we offer support between sessions through direct messaging and a community of peers with OCD, ensuring you never feel alone. I look forward to working with you and helping you conquer your OCD.
