My practice is dedicated to the treatment of complex forms of Obsessive Compulsive Disorders and related conditions. I use an innovative approach, known as Inferential- Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT), which was developed for the treatment of OCD specifically. ICBT focuses on a doubting process, unique to obsessions, where reality and perception are overridden by imagined, irrelevant and/or implausible. ICBT is a remarkable "game-changer" for those suffering from severe OCD. ICBT also adds great value to older generations of CBT commonly used to treat other forms of anxiety
I am presently accepting clients over the age of 18, with repugnant obsessions, doubting/checking compulsions, Perinatal Anxiety, Agoraphobia with panic. In addition to CBT and ICBT, I am excited to now offer Virtual Realty technology to treat severe phobias-claustrophobia, fear of elevators, Fear of Flying as well as HW Agoraphobia
