I look forward to helping individuals reach their goals and navigate the challenges that arise throughout their lives. I work with clients from different age groups, including children, adolescents, and adults, with various mental health presentations including anxiety, phobias, depression, and addictions.
In practice, I integrate Motivational Interviewing (MI) to help clients harness their own intrinsic motivation for change. By taking this client-centered approach, I aim to facilitate a supportive and collaborative environment. Additionally, I employ Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) techniques to equip clients with practical skills for managing emotions.
Outside of my clinical work, I like to do martial arts and I am a Purple belt in Jiu-Jitsu. I also played 4 years of soccer during my undergraduate experience at Stockton University. These activities not only keep me physically active, but also enable me to have a skillset in working with clients that are student athletes!
