I use a variety of therapeutic approaches tailored to client needs & styles. Paying attention to the meaning we give to our life experiences, we learn to understand and expand our possibilities. I focus on the relationship between thinking, feelings and actions, and how well people are achieving their life goals.
I have been working with people who have been facing severe and life threatening health crises. I have survived multiple severe health crises myself in the past 5 years. I have become keenly aware of the importance of living the best quality of life one is able to, and I emphasize this in my approach when doing therapy.
