If you are struggling with addiction and need support to help replacing the old thoughts and behaviors with positive skills, including communication, relationships and self-esteem I can help. If you are wanting help in developing coping skills for issues, such as depression, anxiety, anger management I can assist you.
The Mighty Acorn Counseling is dedicated to helping. I specialize in adult individuals who struggle with addictions, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, stress and anger management. I primarily employ Cognitive Behavior Therapy; Community Reinforcement Approach therapy; Brief Solution Focused, Motivational Interviewing therapy, Strength-Based therapy and DBT.
I provide services for AoD assessments; court ordered assessment and individual, family and group counseling. I can also provide ongoing therapy for addiction. I have thirty hours of training in trauma. I have veteran specific training. As a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor, I also provide supervision for LPC's.
