Calling a therapist can be intimidating and it takes courage to ask someone to help you look inside and make changes. Anxiety and depression can make you feel stuck, but there is hope. Much of my practice is geared towards providing relief from anxiety/OCD, depression, interpersonal conflict and traumatic experiences. If you have repetitive negative thoughts, high stress or are coping with chronic sadness or irritability I can help you achieve the life changes you are looking for and experience yourself in a new way. Finally, I have expertise in helping people cope with post pandemic related stress.
I help first by reaching a shared understanding of the source of your emotional concerns and what you value most in life. We then collaboratively agree on the tasks and goals of therapy. I then provide authentic honest feedback and work collaboratively using a variety of approaches that are individualized to meet your needs.
