Mindfulness, trauma work and self-compassion provide the support and pathways to clear out wasteful thinking, worries, depression, obsessions and addictions which keep you unbalanced and discontent. Additionally, relational communication skills will build your connectedness and boundaries.
I use many tools, including cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness, relational communication, positive thinking, spirituality and specialized trauma approaches (EMDR). I am a Clinical Member of the AAMFT and EMDR trauma clinician (Level 2). I also offer consultation services for businesses, organizations, corporations. I see thru the lenses of several layers.
I am open-minded, nonjudgmental and responsive to the special concerns of both men and women. Specially trained in gender work, relaxed, gentile and very easy to talk with .
