Through use of warmth, curiosity, reflection and humor, I strive to create a collaborative and supportive environment in which my clients can explore their concerns, develop insight, and move toward positive growth.
I especially enjoy working with introspective adults on issues of anxiety, relationship challenges, and improving self-compassion. My practice uniquely combines cognitive behavioral and insight oriented work. In this way clients receive attention to their everyday thoughts, feelings, and stressors, as well as their deeper emotions and beliefs.
