Welcome! Men, Couples, Young Professionals, and Faith-Integrative Therapy are my specializations. I help with Anxiety, Relationships, Sexual Issues, Depression, Porn, Gaming/Social Media Addiction, Motivation/Focus, Anger, Spirituality, and more. Symptoms and solutions may look different in guys, so I developed a focus on men. Sex, relationships, porn, and career are concerns I frequently see in men. For couples I'm trained in Gottman Method. Young professionals have been a focus since 8 years of practice in university contexts. I've got 7 years of pastoral experience and an MDiv to integrate spirituality in your process if desired.
My private practice is small and relaxed. We sit, discuss your concerns, and develop a personalized approach to make life better with a mix of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Reality Theory, causation, and more. The PhD means 4 additional years of study, supervision, and research beyond most counselors. I see clients Age 18+.
