With advanced training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I am uniquely able to work with clients suffering with a variety of mental health problems. After graduating from Indiana University School of Social Work, I attended two year-long trainings in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. One of these trainings was at the Beck Institute where I studied with Drs. Aaron and Judith Beck. These experiences inform my practice and inspire me to keep current on the most effective psychotherapeutic methods.
