I have been trained in many talk-based therapy modalities. However, I primarily use Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) with my patients. Not everyone is ready for EMDR, and talk-based therapy may be a better fit.
I have experience and training around treating patients with complex trauma, and dissociative disorders.
