My clinical style is person-centered, identity-affirming, and culturally responsive that informs how our work together can help you effectively navigate the complexities of your life.
I primarily work with adults. I practice integrated harm reduction psychotherapy which places the emphasis for setting goals and determining topics for our sessions on you, not a prescribed format. I also am trained to use interpersonal, relational, and narrative therapies, motivational enhancement therapy, CBT, and CPT for trauma.
I will meet you where you are with your story and together we can build opportunities for you to approach your story with strength and make informed choices.
