I am a depth psychological therapist, which means that I will often use myth, legend, and archetypes to help do this.
At the time and place we find ourselves in, there are many forces and pressures that we must struggle with. Loneliness, disconnection, and feelings of powerlessness can abound. Through re-imagining possibilities and assumptions in our lives, positive change may be obtained. My passion in therapy is to work with clients in identifying what that change is.
