Life is getting more complicated all the time. People are feeling overwhelmed and experiencing anxiety and depression. Some people experience life changing trauma and don't know how to overcome it. Others just struggle with everyday life and are not sure why. Married couples struggle to have the marriage they envisioned. I can help you address these issues and successfully overcome them. I started counseling in November of 1994. I graduated from Lee University with my Masters in Counseling Psychology in 2002 and am a licensed professional counselor(LPC) in Tennessee and Georgia.

Since I started, I have helped people overcome their struggles and live the life they want to live. My client experience anxiety, depression, PTSD, OCD, marital issues, and general life challenges. I have worked with varied people from teens in foster care and juvenile detention to adults from various backgrounds.

I prefers to use encouragement and help clients find their own motivation. I believes in building on the client’s strengths, which gives them the opportunity to express what they wish to accomplish. Working together, my clients work through their issues and experience the freedom they have been seeking.
