My ideal client is looking for a partner on their mental health journey. They are someone that is curious how to address behavioral challenges or emotional disorders in a sustainable way. They might be someone with substance use problems, family dynamic issues or simply trying to figure out their career aspirations. My ideal client will likely benefit from confidence enhancements as their goals are attained and coping techniques are gained. Most importantly, my ideal client will be honest with themselves to address the sources for symptoms of their mental health challenges powerfully and directly.
My goal is to bring comfort and support while empowering my clients to maximize their daily life experiences. I follow a CBT based strategy that adds accountability, encouragement and resources to my clients' ability to meet their own expectations. Being genuine, warm and attentive are central to my ability to help.
Focusing on your mental health and the vast array of experiences that led you to my profile may be scary, confusing and hard to consider, but I am really glad you are making this effort. Whether my profile fits your needs or one of my peers is a better match, my belief is that sharing your perspective WILL help. It would be my pleasure to support!
