Many of my clients come to counseling wanting to work through struggles, strengthen relationships, or process painful experiences. As a counselor, I strive to respond to the unique needs of my clients with genuineness, respect, and support. Over the past eight years, I have provided counseling to individuals, couples, and families for issues related to anxiety, depression, relational conflict, parenting struggles, managing stress, navigating career transitions, and coping with loss.
I have helped couples rebuild trust, foster greater intimacy and connection, work through infidelity, navigate separation, improve parenting approaches, and develop skills to effectively address future challenges. Previously, as a school counselor, I gained extensive experience counseling adolescents through a range of emotional, social, and academic issues.
As a full-time faculty member at WFU, I teach and train graduate-level counseling students. I maintain a limited private practice because I am deeply passionate about assisting individuals, couples, and families as they explore and work toward their wellness goals.
