It can be so easy to drift off of course in life. Therapy offers a supportive environment with an experienced guide to help navigate through distressing feelings and life difficulties to reconnect with oneself and important others, as well as to experience more meaning in one's daily life.
I work well with people who might be interested in exploring a bit deeper through attention to dreams and self reflection. I am especially influenced by the work of Carl Jung. While my many years of experience in the field help inform my approach, we will work together to find ways to proceed that are best for you.
My practice is focused on individual therapy for adults. My office is located in historic Downtown Petaluma with convenient street parking. I offer in-person meetings as well as secure video sessions.
