My goal is to help you find whatever you are seeking. I work with individuals/couples. Expertise in chronic pain/diseases, dementia, personality disorders, marriage and infidelity issues, LGBT. I have an extensive background in health, wellness, nutrition/diet/fitness so I am able to examine your personal situation, symptoms, and lifestyle, and help you determine exactly what you need to do to move forward.
I have spent many years researching chronic diseases and have written a series of books on the subject. I have developed an expertise in Fibromyalgia, chronic illnesses/pain. I specialize in teaching clients how to learn to live with disease and partner with their symptoms. I don't work with children or addiction.
