I specialize in working with trauma, anxiety, compulsive behavior, sexual issues, depression and grief/loss concerns. However, above all else, my biggest focus in the therapeutic process is on building a genuine, healing and supportive human connection with you. In my practice, I take an integrative approach and frequently utilize EMDR, ego-state and somatic therapies due to their effectiveness in addressing the root causes of dysfunction. However, I also employ a combination of time-tested principles/techniques along with newer more cutting-edge technologies as needed based on client strengths and preferences.
