I’m Dr. Rob Wolff, and I find no greater joy than helping people identify what their best life looks like and how to start living that best life. Some of life’s challenges may include depression, anxiety, substance abuse, relationship problems, sexual health, and navigating difficult situations. To reach our maximum potential, we must connect with, and live as our authentic selves.
This can be challenging, but the payoff will be well worth it! Together, we will work towards you living your best life. I am a Doctor of Social Work and a licensed psychotherapist. My approach to therapy takes a humanistic perspective.
