It's through my experiences, including my own individual and marriage counseling, that I've found many of my resources and orientation toward others. As a client, I was helped in my own journey through Emotionally Focused Therapy and EMDR.

Relational pain, anxiety, and unwanted compulsions are not something we can fix in the privacy of our mental processes. Rather, we combat these things in the context of non-anxious and nonjudgmental conversation, working together toward health and wholeness.
