I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and the Owner of Psychological Assessment and Treatment Services PLLC, and I offer a more specialized, evidence-based approach to mental health while balancing interpersonal processes and relationships. I offer advanced treatment for trauma/PTSD, addiction, anxiety, panic, depression, grief, and ADHD.
I adjust my approach depending on your individual reasons for seeking treatment. Our first session will involve learning more about you, your unique perspective, and why you are seeking treatment. I use a combination approach of CBT, ACT, trauma-focused (CPT), interpersonal, Humanistic approaches. I also conduct Psychological and Neuropsychological Testing.
I offer treatment in a safe space and am an LGBTQ ally. You may have very specific reasons for seeking treatment, or perhaps you may feel as though things are off in your everyday life and may not yet fully understand your symptoms. It might be time to seek a professional opinion, begin, or re-engage treatment, and in each instance, I am here to help.
