Since my first foray into the mental health field over a decade ago, I've worn a variety of hats: from research to retreat centers, academics to mindfulness training- I feel very grateful to have landed on being a therapist. I work with all adults, and often help men in particular on expanding emotional connection both with themselves and their loved ones.
