I have been an LCSW and Certified Substance Abuse Counselor for 25+ working primarily with individuals and families to normalize the process of recovery from mental health and substance use and other addictive behaviors. I provide a comfortable process to develop skills for self-care and lifestyle balance including connecting to peer support to find contentment in recovery. I currently conduct virtual therapy for self pay. Alternatively, I can assist with identifying professionals and services at Archstone Counseling & Treatment or other providers.
