I am passionate about working with those who are experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, difficulty managing a work-life balance, school stress, parenting concerns (including medical complexities/special needs/disabilities), and those working to unmask and embrace their authentic selves. I provide solution focused treatment.

This may look like working through past trauma, learning coping and communication skills, practicing meditation and mindfulness techniques, and processing life stressors.
