Life shouldn't be this hard and you're not alone. Too many choices can feel like you're "frozen" and overwhelmed by decisions. There’s things that make you feel stuck or lost. I specialize in therapy foranxiety, Attenion Deficit Disorder, and "adulting" I can help you reduce feeling frozen and unable to do what you need to do. I can follow your train of thoughts and know that everything is connected. I have extensive experience with youth, teens, young adults, and mild autism. I work well with LGBTQ preteens and teens.
