My passion is to help individuals live their best lives. Drawing from my own experiences of overcoming unexpected and life-altering challenges, I recognize that such times can feel incredibly daunting. However, through awareness, courage, and the right skills, we can collaborate to navigate those seemingly hopeless situations. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor; I earned my Master of Arts in Professional Counseling from Dallas Baptist University. I'm here to support and connect with people of all ages, including children, adolescents, teens, young adults, adults, couples, and families.

When I am not working, I enjoy cooking, traveling, spending quality time with my family, and engaging in some self-care.
