With more than ten years work experience in the helping field, I have worked with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma effects, complicated grief, and complex disorders. My background also includes vocational, career, and spiritual counseling. I have developed an effective trauma-informed, evidenced-based, goal-oriented therapeutic approach.
I know therapy can be scary; allowing yourself to be vulnerable and talk about painful issues can be difficult. That's why I am intentional about creating a safe space where you will feel seen, heard, and validated as you process your feelings and thoughts at your pace.
