Welcome to our practice. I have many years of experience treating adults with depression, anxiety and obsessive compulsive disorders. My main goal is to build a trusting relationship and allow clients to feel comfortable sharing their thoughts and feelings in a supportive environment. This, then can enhance clients seeing themselves as they will become through the lense of empathy while working through their issues.
I provide evidence based approaches using cognitive behavioral, psychoeducational, psychodynamic and faith based practices.
