I enjoy helping clients learn to listen to all of their feelings and let go of old patterns that once served them but no longer do. I offer support and challenge through the therapy relationship as people face their personal truths. I have openings for a new adult psychotherapy group but am not accepting new clients for individual therapy.
I have worked as a psychologist for 31 years in Indiana, first at the IUP Counseling Center and and now solely in private practice. I work with adults and adolescents dealing with a range of issues including relationships, gender and sexual identity, abuse and trauma, grief and loss, life transitions, anxiety, and depression.
I work with individuals and groups; depending on your need, our work may be short-or long-term.

Training Group
A process-oriented group for professionals who desire to learn more about group therapy is now forming. Participants will learn about the power of group, helping increase effectiveness in both leading groups and being a member of groups, be they at your place of work or in your personal life. Additionally, you will learn more about yourself and the unique impact you have on others and they have on you. You will increase your ability to connect with others emotionally as you give and receive feedback.
