I specialize in women’s health (pregnancy, parenting, menopause etc.) which includes birth experiences and/or losses; the trials and tribulations of parenting; and the unexpected challenges of menopause. Partners and/or other family members are welcome to be included, if and when you are ready.
I have expertise with a wide range of communities including gender diverse and communities of color, with a focus upon mood and anxiety disorders; trauma; and acculturation stress. You are not alone in your journey to healing and blooming, so let's begin together.
