I am passionate about helping people gain insight into reoccurring patterns, improving coping skills, strengthening relationships, and addressing past trauma and events that have impacted them. I have been trained in ARC, SMART, Motivational Interviewing, CBT, Solution-focused brief therapy, and EMDR.
