My philosophy is to approach each person as unique with personal strengths. In a supportive atmosphere I will help you explore ingrained and disruptive patterns, to enhance personal growth, improve self esteem, mood and personal relationships. I see therapy as a partnership that allows for a respectful give and take relationship. The ultimate goal is for you to reach your highest level of happiness and satisfaction in your life.
I specialize in Couples, Families, Eating Disorders, Trauma, Anxiety and Depression. My approach in each is to provide clients with the opportunity to see their problems in a new light in order to shift their beliefs about themselves and others.
I approach therapy with a focus on the Mind/Body connection and incorporate alternative approaches, such as relaxation, meditation, mindfulness, breathing and yoga. We work together to develop skills for coping and coexisting with what has always felt like too much. In a supportive/collaborative atmosphere clients will explore ingrained patterns.

There will be a focus on understanding what makes some women more vulnerable to these relationships. A significant goal of the group is to develop greater self esteem and to learn tools for self empowerment. Join us. Start to feel better and better able to find the happier, healthier relationship that you deserve. Groups will be virtual or held in an outdoor setting.

Anxiety in teenagers is increasing at a staggering rate. Many "silently suffer". The group will provide safety, and support so members can share thoughts and feelings and learn that they are not alone. We will also focus on how to shift belief systems. We will practice relaxation skills, emotional regulation, mindfulness, in a "You Rock" environment to build confidence and esteem. At this time groups will be run virtually or in an outdoor setting.
