I get it, life is really tough sometimes. My goal is to help you see your strength and appreciate the process. I will ask you to do some hard things- but struggle builds strength. Most of it will be easy, most of it will be down-right enjoyable! (Heaven Forbid!) So a little bit about me. I'm great at past trauma, and grief. I'm good at anxiety, depression, and couples. I'm quirky and weird. I'm analytical and caring.
I fell in love with social work in 2008, (it's a great story) and I've devoted myself first to learning how to Heal, and empower others. Now I would say my Mission is to 'liberate the captive'. I believe everything can be healed- 100%. Most of all, I am in your corner. You are not broken, you are full of strength and courage for showing up.
So I'm building a Dawn Star Counseling to try different things. Sure bread and butter is counseling, but we also do Dungeons and Dragons Support tribes, and monthly wildnerness hikes.
