Whether this be your first time seeking counseling or you’ve tried this before, I’m glad you’re here. I work with adolescents/teens, college students, and adults on navigating a variety of life changes and mental health concerns. I enjoy working with individuals at many different stages of life through a person-centered, strengths-based approach to meet you where you’re at.
A special interest of mine is working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, or grief around family planning (i.e. infertility, pregnancy and postpartum). My approach to therapy is collaborative, empowering, & genuine.
I blend the therapeutic approaches of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to meet the unique needs of each person.
