Does life have you feeling overwhelmed? Are you looking to gain coping skills on how to manage everyday stress? Maybe you are dealing with loss or processing grief. Whatever chapter of life you are currently in, I am here to walk with you on your journey to your best self yet. I provide an inclusive, non-judgmental, multicultural environment that is a safe space for you to work towards your goals and fill your cup. I believe that we are all worthy of compassion, which is why I practice using a strengths-based, client-centered approach ensuring that you are the focus during our time together.
I work to help you problem-solve the relationship between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to ensure that these are each serving you in a positive way. I practice using a collaborative approach pulling from several treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.
I recognize that asking for help can be vulnerable, so I am here to remind you that doing so takes strength and you are not alone. I understand that this may be your first-time attending therapy, or that you may have had negative therapeutic experiences in the past, however I am grateful that you are here.
