I am passionate about working with individuals, couples, families, and children who are seeking healing and restoration. Whether you’re dealing with relationship issues, difficult family circumstances, trauma recovery, depression, anxiety, or other concerns, it would be my pleasure to walk with you in your journey. There is no circumstance to small to seek out professional help. Counseling can increase one's own understanding of their behaviors and thoughts, while also increasing their self-esteem and ability to communicate with those around them.
I offer a safe space where you can express your concerns and discover practical ways to overcome the challenges you face. I begin the counseling relationship by building rapport and getting to know my clients. I am a trained EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) therapist and have experience in Circle of Security, and Functional Family Therapy.
With a decade of training and counseling experience, I combine my professional training, proven therapeutic techniques, and personal style. I find great joy in witnessing hope restored to individuals, couples, and families through our work together. If you’re lacking hope or you feel weighed down by the burdens you’re carrying, I encourage you to reach out.
