My goal is to help you identify and heal from past and present concerns. My approach is one of compassionate collaboration - together we will work towards lasting relief and desired life changes. I provide teletherapy throughout California and welcome working with youth, young adults and individuals of all ages. I offer trauma releasing therapy (Brainspotting) along with other trauma informed and evidence based therapies to work towards deeper processing to help you heal and thrive.
Together we’ll work on identifying what matters most to you and can work towards improved daily moods, identifying negative core beliefs that no longer serve you, and resolving previous negative experiences and trauma while increasing awareness of how behaviors and thought patterns impact self-identity, relationships, and overall sense of wellbeing.
My goal as your therapist is to collaborate with you to deepen your self-understanding, leading to a more satisfying and emotionally fulfilling life.
