I graduated from the University of Louisville, with a Master of Science in Social Work and a Military Social Work Specialization, and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, (LCSW). I am skilled in working with veterans and their families, as well as civilians, dealing with multifaceted issues. As a veteran myself, I feel that the experience offers me insight and appreciation to the complexity of issues that may stem from being a part of the military.
I work with adult individuals dealing with issues of trauma, debriefing, PTSD, depression, and anxiety. My style includes employing compassion and humor. I have found that each person holds within them a great insight, and that by working with the right therapist this insight can be an instrument.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my kids, traveling, and playing with our pets. Feel free to reach out to schedule an appointment via telehealth (video or telephone). I see clients via telehealth only Tuesdays through Thursdays between 9:00am - 2:00pm.
