I'm a nature-based therapist who works with those struggling with attachment wounds, grief, identity & spiritual emergencies/distress, sexuality, PTSD, self-worth, depression, anxiety, and difficult life transitions. I am dedicated to anti-oppression work both personally & professionally. I hold a social justice lens in my work and don't shy away from acknowledging the profound psycho-spiritual impacts that the dominant culture has had on all of us, especially those who have been marginalized. I believe that mindfully addressing your contextual ecosystem is essential in truly getting to the root of why you're suffering.
I use a balance of evidenced-based modalities with soulcentric ways of moving through trauma and navigating the waters grief in my work. Through collaboration and gentle guidance, I take a transpersonal, somatic, trauma-informed, humanistic, and strengths-based approach to helping people find their own authentic path to healing and wholing.
My goal in therapy is to support you in cultivating a sense of liberation and empowerment in your life. I will provide you with tools that will aid you in identifying and managing trauma responses and emotional difficulties, and getting your needs met. Together we will co-create a safe and trusting relationship where you access the innate wisdom within you.
