I am also here to assist with relationship/family issues as well as navigating LGBTQ issues. My approach is integrative in efforts to meet your unique needs. Some of my therapeutic approaches used are cognitive behavioral, person centered, and crisis intervention. The therapeutic process is collaborative as we build on your strengths to produce positive outcomes.
I can help you navigate and explore how the current stressors are impacting your daily life and how you can use your strengths to work through them. I will also help you identify and establish new ways of coping to help you get through those day to day challenges.
