I’ve also assisted families and parents in implementing parenting skills and strengthening child and family relationships. By utilizing the preferred frameworks, clients will begin to pair strategies and skills with skills they already possess for mental health stability.
I adapt frameworks under Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Person Centered Therapy, and mindfulness practices to collaborate with clients to reach their most comfortable space influencing self-efficacy. My service is aimed to offer the opportunity to process experiences and develop tools to overcome triumphs.
