I am a California Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and have spent my entire 30-year career focused on mental health and well-being, working as a corporate executive, clinician, trainer, and consultant. I am currently completing my doctorate in clinical psychology, with a dissertation focused on loneliness and social connection. My focus is on providing supportive, compassionate, and effective care to those struggling with mental health distress.

I also use more direct questioning to challenge you and help uncover disruptive or dysfunctional thought patterns that may influence your thoughts, feelings, reactions, and maladaptive behaviors that may be negatively impacting your life.

We will complete an intake questionnaire to learn more about what brings you to therapy, understand your current situation, learn a little about your history, and develop our plan and initial goals for treatment.
