I've had the sincere pleasure of being a therapist for 35 years. Having worked in a variety of settings has prepared me to be able to provide compassionate guidance to people wrestling with mood disorders (anxiety, depression and bi-polar) as well as to those experiencing struggles in their relationships (marital and family). For the past ten years in private practice, I have continued to assist others using a variety of therapeutic approaches: psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, relaxation and coping skills, grief therapy and assertiveness training.
Underlying each of these approaches is the fundamental belief that learning to have compassion for oneself and others is the greatest challenge we face in life. And in this vein...(cont'd below)
