I also work with people struggling with difficulties in their relationships, experiencing loss or loneliness, having trouble meeting goals, or a history of trauma. By listening to your life experiences and roadblocks we will begin to develop a big picture and a plan.
I truly enjoy what I do and find it very rewarding to participate in the process that can ultimately change the trajectory of someone’s life. I tend toward a relaxed, but active, conversational approach. I am trained in clinical hypnosis and can utilize this to help people with weight management, smoking cessation, and pain issues.
