Structured Psychotherapy for Adolescents Responding to Chronic Stress (SPARCS) is an evidence based practice group for adolescents who have experienced chronic stress-related issues or trauma. SPARCS is a 16 session program geared to help adolescents learn skills such as impulse control, distress tolerance, problem-solving and conflict resolution. If your teen is having difficulty with controlling impulses, has self-destructive behaviors, difficulty maintaining relationships, easily angered, often sad and hopeless, or feelings of emptiness, SPARCS can help address these issues associated with Chronic Stress and Trauma. This group is available for females and males ages 12-17
