Thank you for visiting my Psychology Today page. I am a mental health therapist and have provided therapy to adults since 2013. I have worked with people who have suffered from a variety of difficulties including symptoms of trauma, depression, and anxiety. My job as I see it is to help support those that are suffering from life's difficulties so that they may realize their full potential and attain their goals. I will work with you to walk through the issues that are causing you pain and together hopefully see that potential and reach those goals.
I use collaboration, respect, humor, and unconditional positive regard along with interventions from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy to help people reach their personal goals. I believe in personal growth over time and that interventions with strong research can help facilitate that learning.
I have been working as a mental health therapist since 2013 after earning my Masters in Clinical Psychology from Argosy University that same year.
