I work with clients who are ready to actively address the pain and struggle that comes with difficult life transitions. Whether navigating recovery from religious or spiritual abuse/crises, working through difficult or non-traditional relationship dynamics or healing from trauma, depression or anxiety, my clients will learn the peace that comes with embracing all of it. I help clients create deep internal shifts and trust in their truest selves. They develop insight, radical acceptance, gratitude, and accountability, learning to use life’s difficulties as catalysts towards spiritual growth and psychological maturity.
With more than ten years in the field, I help clients create an integrative approach to healing spirit, mind, body, relationships and lifestyle. Our work may include mindfulness, meditation, EMDR, sand play, dream work, spiritual development and transpersonal and relational integration. I also offer ketamine-assisted therapy and psychedelic integration work.
I want to empower you to listen to your inner voice of health and compassion, learn self-acceptance, foster commitment to living authentically, and overcome addictive cycles, allowing you to live in commitment to your values.
