My goal is to support you in understanding how the experiences of your life have impacted your beliefs about who you are and to increase awareness about how your power of choice can be utilized to support emotional and psychological wellness.
My practice focuses on trauma, eating disorders and life transitions; while also working with more general presentations of anxiety, depression, mood swings, impulsivity, grief and loss, emotional regulation, and self-view. I value diversity and will encourage your personal identities; understanding that individual identities impacts our experiences.
